Adam Monago has spent the last 20 years in the trenches of customer experience, working as a product manager, marketer and software developer. He is an addict for all things content, search and social, is an unapologetic karaoke addict, and occasionally can be found dressed as an Octonaut to entertain his two young boys. Today he is the Head of Digital Strategy for ThoughtWorks, a global technology and innovation consulting firm, determined to change the world.

Joe Chernov
B2B Content Marketing Expert

Joe Chernov is an active marketing consultant and advisor. He was previously the VP of Content for HubSpot, the VP of Marketing for mobile startup Kinvey, and the VP of Content Marketing for Eloqua. He’s been an executive through two successful IPOs. The Content Marketing Institute awarded him “Content Marketer of the Year” and AdWeek named him one of the 100 most creative people in advertising. Joe serves on the board of advisors for marketing tech startups Little Bird and TrackMaven, as well as the board of directors for Chengeta Wildlife, an organization focused on combating illegal wildlife poaching.

Lymari Morales
Atlantic Media Strategies, Managing Director

Lymari leads content strategy, ideation and creation for Atlantic Media Strategies, overseeing a team of digitally-savvy writers, editors, and social media strategists. Lymari joined Atlantic Media from Gallup, where she oversaw global communications, including the editorial strategy for Gallup.com. Lymari has also held editorial roles at NBC News, MSNBC, MSNBC.com and Fox News. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University. Lymari also serves as an adjunct professor of journalism at American University.

Tara-Nicholle Nelson
myFitnessPal, VP, Marketing

Nelson is the VP, Marketing for MyFitnessPal and Under Armour Connected Fitness – the world’s most popular nutrition tracker and healthy living platform, with over 120 million users worldwide. In this role, she leads the user growth, engagement, brand and user insight strategies that fuel the company’s vision of making every athlete better and creating a world in which healthy living is the norm. Tara’s teams cover email and engagement, PR and communications and content marketing programs. Miguel Monteverde
Discovery Communications, SVP, Digital Media

Miguel Monteverde is Senior Vice President of Digital Media at Discovery Communications, the world’s #1 pay-TV programmer. In this capacity, Monteverde oversees long-form digital content strategy for Discovery’s U.S. networks, led by Discovery Channel, TLC, Animal Planet and Investigation Discovery. Monteverde joined Discovery Communications in February 2008 after spending more than 10 years at AOL in a variety of programming and business roles, including running AOL’s video site. A former Army officer, he is a graduate of the University of Virginia. Monteverde currently resides in Arlington, Virginia with his wife and kids, and is based at Discovery’s world headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Alicia Lee
Amtrak, Senior Communications Specialist for Social Media

Alicia is an experienced communicator with a knack for all things social. As the senior communications specialist for social media at Amtrak, she develops social media strategy for internal and external partners, creates content and manages campaign development for the brand. Her previous communications and marketing experience includes leading initiatives in the non-profit sector, academia and managing partnership events with the White House.

Allan's been advertising since the 4th grade when he said, “Vote for Al, he's your pal!” Despite a gift for dope rhymes, he picked marketing over rapping and never looked back. A current digital marketing consultant, Allan has worked on brands like Hotels.com, Frito Lay, Transamerica, KIA, STARZ, and Blue Diamond Almonds. Allan’s work with Transamerica earned him numerous awards for helping the legacy brand establish notable success on emerging platforms like Reddit, Tumblr, and Vine. Eric Kuhn is a social media prodigy, networking virtuoso, and Hollywood’s first social media agent.
